The GVT-2013 MMF SC Media Converter is capable of converting network signals between copper and fiberglass based networks. The converter offers a 10/100/1000Base-T RJ-45 port, supports full duplex and half-duplex switch connectivity, as well as 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, and 1000Base-T automatic detection. When used in multimode fiber with fiber optic cabling, the network range can be extended up to 0.5km. The device features built-in DIP switches for easy converter configuration, which work on the Smart LFP (Link Fault Pass-through), allowing the converter to monitor both fiber optic and copper ports for signal loss, as well as cut-through and Smart Pass. The GVT-2013 is a high-power Span-IEEE 802.3at over single port Ethernet converter, specially designed to meet the growing demand for network devices with higher performance requirements, such as PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom) network cameras and high-speed dome PTZ cameras, color touch VoIP phones, multi-channel W LAN access points (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and other network devices that require superior performance to work normally. The GVT-2013 is a series of high power over Ethernet converters and is the ideal solution for direct transfer of data and power to network devices through the RJ45 port interface, without the need to install additional electrical outlets and cables.
